How can I order TBI Media materials from outside the US?

All of our Digital Media items are available for customers in the United States and Internationally. We also welcome the interest of international customers in our books and Special Editions. Please be advised that shipping a single item to Canada, Europe, and Australia is quite expensive. Fortunately, substantial savings can be realized by groups of friends and colleagues who collaborate on a bulk order. Please see About Ordering for further information.

What taxes or additional fees shall I expect to pay?

Sales tax will be charged to customers who place orders from the State of Arizona. The exact amount depends on the size of your order and is tabulated automatically by our shipping calculator. There is no United States tax on international purchases. However, international customers should be aware that some countries charge duties, taxes, VAT, or tariffs on merchandise from the United States. These costs are your responsibility. Please contact the postal service in your country to find out if you will be charged any special fees to receive your package from TBI Media before ordering.

Are your titles available at a discount for resale?

All proceeds from the sale of TBI Media items are used to support the activities of TBI Media and the mission of the Thinking Body Institute. We publish our materials in small numbers and endeavor to provide them to customers at a reasonable price. This means that any profit collected beyond the actual cost of each item is quite limited. Ordinarily, we are unable to provide wholesale discounts to bookstores for resale. Exceptions may be made for educational institutions and libraries.

How soon can I expect my order to arrive?

You can expect delivery of domestic purchases within a window of 2 to 9 days. Bulk purchases and international purchases may take longer. We will provide an estimate of the delivery date whenever we are contacted about a specific bulk order or international purchase.

Can I use another method of payment other than PayPal?

We are unable to accept personal checks, money orders, or bank transfers from our customers. PayPal has been selected as the means for processing your financial transactions because it is secure, recognized internationally, and handles the exchange of currencies for a reasonable fee. Customers who do not have a PayPal account can still use their system by making their payment with a charge card.

What if I have a problem with a PayPal transaction?

Sometimes there are short delays in processing transactions through PayPal. These delays are related to their security practices and are more common when a person from another country uses our PayPal link. The situation is similar to the problem that one might encounter when attempting to use a credit card while traveling. The user may get a “try again later” or similarly worded message when attempting to complete the transaction. Please give PayPal’s security apparatus a moment to check everything out and then attempt payment again. If you run into any further delays, PayPal is the best source for resolving the problem. How long does it take to download a PDF or MP3 file?

The file size of the PDF Ebook of A Kinesthetic Legacy (available for international customers only) is approximately 12 MB.  You can expect your download to finish in a minute or two. The MP3 files of Bernard’s Constructive Rest Sessions are between 14 and 15 MB (Megabytes) in size.  Depending on the speed of your internet connection, download times can range from less than 2-4 minutes to about 10 minutes or more.

When does my download link expire?

When you purchase a downloadable file, 1 (one) download per product is available to you that expires in 24 hours.  After completing the PayPal payment process, you will be returned to a TBI Media page titled TO FINALIZE YOUR PURCHASE, which includes your receipt with instructions for downloading.  Please be ready to download your files immediately.  However, we also realize that interruptions may occur from the time of purchase to obtain the file.  If you lose your connection or are unable to finish downloading your purchase, Contact Us so that we can provide you with another download opportunity.

What if I have trouble downloading a file?

It can occasionally be difficult to complete a large file download, particularly if you are using a less reliable internet connection.  Because of the secure nature of our download file delivery system, some “download manager” programs may not be able to make repeat connections to our website if the internet connection is lost during the download process.  Let us know if you encounter a problem with this.
